Anybody Else Bugged By the New Editor?
Just getting general feedback here, as Forumotion have opted in all forums into their new and improved Editor, with no possible way or easily compatible way to revert it back. While it has a lot of nifty new features, it's a buggy piece of beta crap that's causing almost every mobile user, and some desktop users, lots of problems, especially with people using custom templates on PHPBB2. (Although I think we should be experiencing as few problems as possible since we're on PHPBB3 because of that.)
It's a wonder they pushed it out the door already, with so many problems for people making the transition. It certainly wasn't a good move and it's caused a lot of traffic on various forums to slow down simply because the regulars either couldn't post from their phones, or hated the new editor that much. I'm hoping this thread on Forumotion will at least allow us to make the new editor blend into the forum's theme. May do just that tomorrow so nobody has any issues posting on the forums.

Well the menu-looks a little cluttered to me.
But otherwise, no problems from my side.
But yeah, I'd rather stick with the old one as well.

At least some of the bugs are getting fixed, but it's still weird to use, and all of the text in the advanced editor outside of the Quick Reply box are white, which is bad because our theme clearly needs white text on a dark background, so it's practically unusable.
I'm adding some new code to our CSS right now from Forumotion, compiled by Serenity Blade, that should at least help the new editor blend in to our forum skin, and remove the hideous borders. If anyone's having problems, let me know!

Re: Anybody Else Bugged By the New Editor?
Double posting to say I've gotten it as close to normal as I know how in CSS. I implemented everything except for commenting out the toolbar borders. Encase any of our forum regulars find them gross, so they can be easily removed. I'd like to make the editor buttons blend in to our theme too, but that will take some poking around in Firefox's developer mode first, so I'll give that a try later this evening. For now, I'm just glad the editor is blending into our theme better than sticking out like a sore thumb. Anything else I can figure out how to fix is will be a huge plus.
