How about a Facebook group?

I normally wouldn't touch Facebook for my own use, but what if we were to create a Facebook group? It would allow us to make more verbose announcements longer than 128 characters, create fancier page graphics, get additional exposure from the Facebook community, and maybe we could bug Shantae's Facebook page too, since "she" seems more active there. =P If fan clubs are within the rules on FB, what do you guys think starting one there? Is the Twitter page enough for quick announcements, or do we need more?

Well, many people have Twitter AND Facebook.
So why not?

I think I'll look into it then. ^^ I think I'll have to setup my own Facebook page first, if I'm understanding how this group thing is handled; probably isn't much different from the groups on dA. XD

Since I'm quite an active Facebook user, I'll look into making groups and all that.

I appreciate the initiative BossFight, and while you're doing that I'll look into setting up a Facebook account myself. XD Already read the entire user agreement before, but now I have an actual reason to setup an account. =P

The group thing honestly wasn't working out so well, so I've decided on a page instead. Turns out there is a community/cause option, so unofficial channels can take advantage of the features of pages.

So that's what I did! Already feels like a huge upgrade, and I can schedule posts there too, so it's an easy way to queue fan art features posts like on Tumblr, so if anybody has a Facebook account, feel free to give us a like, we'll keep your wall occupied with fan-made Shantae-related media.
