The Obligatory Site Update!

Yay! Virtually nothing has happened here in the past week! Just figured I'd let you guys know.



Is everybody still preoccupied with enjoying their Christmas gifts, I assume? =P Even staffer Paragon-Yoshi, the biggest Shantae fan I know, seems to have dropped under the radar too. (Might be busy doing whatever giant talking dinosaurs do in their spare time, who knows? ) I figured he'd be doing a lot of livestreaming this week, but nothing's come of that yet.

Eheh, you got me there. Kid Icarus: Uprising has been my main timesink lately. It makes me wonder why I didn't get a 3DS sooner... oh right, because of the inevitable new model with a longer battery life

Also haven't really had too many ideas for new threads lately outside of general video game talk... so yeah

I'm waiting for a **** UPDATE ON PIRATE'S CURSE!

On another note: do you know how to friend on 3DS, Nai? I wouldn't mind playing a couple online rounds with you.

I don't plan on touching the multiplayer in Kid Icarus. I love Nintendo and all, but their online really is a load of Specknose snot. I also like to work for my weapons instead of hack them into existence

Well sorry work started again and I only managed to do some practice sketching so far.

I kinda figured that, but you haven't posted or said anything for a while, so I was a bit worried.

Is that really a problem on the 3DS? o__o I think the community only just recently got homebrew cards for the 3DS released, (Which is kinda pointless if an exploit to run unnofficial software could be done with a normal SD card. Broke pirates gotta have their bloody warez somehow, I guess.), so I would be shocked if cheat software was already developed at this point, because the portable homebrew scene as a whole's been pretty dead for a while now. (Which kinda makes me sad, I was hoping developers would have been all over improving their apps with the DSi's extra RAM and faster CPU. Easily why I didn't bother upgrading from my Phat.)

I don't know I like the internet play I've seen so far out of the few titles I have. To me at least it seens like they're starting to do it right. And online doesn't get you very good weapons, at least when compared to winning Normal+ Boss Battles or 7+ Intensity.

Anyway I was just asking, I understand if you just don't like the multiplayer.
