Shantae Logo Variations

So with Shantae GBC around the horizon for the 3DS eShop (and possibly even Pirate's Curse as well), I've been slowly getting back into the Shantae groove.

But I've thought about something recently - how long are the guys at WayForward going to use the big red oval behind Shantae's name? I mean, there's nothing wrong with it; it's just that there has to be at least some room for variety. And that got me thinking about Pirate's Curse.

Okay, I'll admit that WF probably is going to use the red oval again, but wouldn't it be cool if there was something else behind Shantae's name this time around? Like, for example, in this picture, Shantae is using a big ol' pirate captain's hat to float around:



I'm thinking maybe there could be a pirate hat behind the logo for this game. If not that, maybe something else pirate-related.

What do you think, guys? Suggestions?

That's a good point. I like the logo text itself, though I do wonder if the background could benefit from a different design.
A silhouette of Shantae and/or Risky, perhaps?
