Custom User Titles Added!

Thanks to this additional field I've just added, you can create a personal title below your username! It's not a required field, so you're not forced to make use of it, but it's there for those who'd like it. You can imagine saying almost whatever you want in there, but do take note that the rules apply in that field too! The staff is able to clear yours if it breaks anything that's said in stone. Just visit your profile settings to change it at anytime!

The way it's implemented right now is a little sketchy, so if anyone knows a way to execute it more cleanly, I'm open to suggestions!

Along with custom titles, I've come up with a list of ranks too! They're just visual and don't do anything, but still, should be good for a laugh!
