Steam users?

I'm also Nai255 on Steam. Wasn't sure if anybody else here frequents it.
Some of my friends from the Backloggery have recently been holding weekly Team Fortress 2 get-togethers,
and wouldn't mind having more join us. Any other Steam games you fancy as well? lemme know!

I got a Steam account to try out some new demos, only to be disappointed by how slim the selection is on my Intel hardware. Arkham Asylum and Tomb Raider Underworld are hopelessly slow on this laptop! (Both CPUs are nowhere near 3.0Ghz.) At least I found out Anniversery and Legends runs on it, though, so that's two things to snag for cheap when I have the money to burn on more games!

Anyway, I have an account, but I'm almost never on there, especially since the only demos I have on there don't need the Steam client to run; I have shortcuts directly to the binaries for that. Free-to-play stuff doesn't even catch my interest, so that's a no-go too. TF2 sounds cool despite that, but I fear competitive multiplayer might suck balls for anyone who doesn't like forking over real money for ethereal guns and armor, like me. ;_;
